Arriving in Hong Kong

Hello Wonderful Friends, 

I arrived in Hong Kong last week. I will be here through October working. It has been great so far! My first day here I went to Macau for a job. Macau is like a little Las Vegas, lots of casinos and hotels. I was there doing press for a new local Andy Lau movie. It was great fun! Most of my flatmates were also doing the job so I got to get acquainted with them. We were dressed as showgirls! HAH. 

Over the weekend I got a chance to go to the beach at Big Wave Bay. It is this beautiful little beach where all the surfers here go. Its surrounded by lush green mountains. On one side there are stairs you can hike up the mountain leading you up Dragons Back where you'll see many para-gliders. 

Today I am staying inside with the rest of Hong Kong due to severe tropical storm Kammuri. With a typhoon number 8 outside everything is shut down.

So, all in all Hong Kong is really a great place and I cant wait to have more wonderful adventures here. I will keep you posted and add pictures in my upcoming blogs so check back soon!
